TheWorkPact does not independently verify the identity, qualifications, availability, performance, or completion of services by users. 4. TheWorkPact does not process, hold, manage, or guarantee payments between users. 5. Records created through TheWorkPact may assist users in documenting their agreements, but TheWorkPact does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or legal enforceability. 6. TheWorkPact is not liable for any disputes, damages, losses, claims, or liabilities arising from agreements, sessions, payments, or interactions between users. 7. Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes. 8. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. 9. TheWorkPact may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
